Viber Integration ​

To integrate Viber to your Omnichannel dashboard, please follow these steps :

1. Open the channel menu, then select Viber. Click the plus icon (+).

   

2. You can go to Viber Public Account.

   

3. Fill the phone number and then click “Login”.

   

4. Input the verification code, and then click “Next”

   

5. On the Viber Public Account dashboard click on the “Create Bot Button”.

   

6. Fill all required information.

   

7. Agree to the terms Stage, then click “Create”.

   

8. Copy the token code.

   

9. Go to your viber mobile apps, and then go to setting.

   

   

10. Return to Omnichannel Integration page, paste the token code and then click “Integrate”.
