Facebook Comment Integration ​

To integrate Facebook Comment into your Omnichannel dashboard, please follow these steps :

1. Open the channel menu, then select Facebook Comment. Click the plus icon (+).

   

2. Click “Integrate”.

   

3. You will be redirected to a Facebook login page, log in to your Facebook account.

   

4. Select your Facebook account that you want to connect with Botika, then click Next.

   

5. You can choose what Botika is allowed to do with your account, then click “Done”.

   

6. Then there will be a notification that your Facebook account has been integrated with Botika.

   

7. Return to the Omnichannel Facebook Comment integration page, then select the page that has been integrated, Integrate.
