Telegram Integration ​

To integrate Telegram into your Omnichannel dashboard, please follow these steps :

  1. Open the channel menu, then select Telegram. Click the plus icon (+).

  2. Click Meet Botfather.

  3. You can copy the “Bot Token”.

  4. Return to the Omni Channel Telegram integration page, paste the token on the token field and then click “Integrate”.
