Facebook Messenger Integration ​

To integrate Facebook Messenger into your Omnichannel dashboard, please follow these steps :

  1. Open the channel menu, then select Facebook Messenger. Click the plus icon (+).

  2. Click “Integrate to Messenger”

  3. Log In to Facebook.

  4. Then select the Facebook Page that you want to integrate with the Botika Omni Channel, then click Next.

  5. You can choose what Botika is allowed to do with your account, then click “Done”.

  6. Then there will be a notification that your Facebook account has been integrated with Botika.

  7. Return to the Omni Channel Facebook Messenger integration page, then select the page that has been integrated, then click “Integrate”.
